Job summary

SIS Care is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a supported living setting, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

You will contribute to recovery plans through person-centred support, daily living assistance, and practical budgeting. Driving is preferred but not essential, and NVQ Level 2/3 training may be provided.

• Driving is preferable but not essential.

SIS Care have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour.

Overseen by four directors with more than 35 years’ experience in the NHS mental health and business sector, we are a leading social care provider offering supported living services for people with complex mental health needs. Our goal is to help people live independent lives through the delivery of bespoke care packages, backed by supported housing options.

SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. Abbots Grange is an 11 bedded mixed sex scheme with a combination of self-contained flats and shared living. All clients are allocated a key worker and will be supported in a recovery led way, incorporating tools such as Recovery Star, weekly planners, and budget planning.

Support Worker role:

SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.
