Abbots Grange is an 11 bedded mixed sex scheme with a combination of self-contained flats and shared living. All clients are allocated a key worker and will be supported in a recovery led way, incorporating tools such as Recovery Star, weekly planners, and budget planning.
SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.
