Job summary

Transforming Healthcare Ltd. is seeking an Independent Living Support Worker to help individuals stay independent, develop life skills and build connections within their communities. This is a full-time role based in Runcorn/Widnes with day and night shifts.

You will provide person-centred support with daily living tasks, assist access to services, advocate for rights and dignity, and maintain accurate records. A driving licence is desirable.

Role

As an Independent Living Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals maintain independence, develop life skills, and build meaningful connections within their communities.

Key Responsibilities

Location: Runcorn WA7, Widnes WA8

Contract: Full-time – 38.5 hours per week (day and night shifts available) · Permanent position

Salary: £14 per hour (£28,028 per annum) + discretionary yearly bonus up to £1,000
