Nurseplus is seeking a Support Worker in Leominster, Hereford, with day and night shifts. You will provide high-quality care across settings, supporting personal care, mobility, medications, meals, and companionship, following care plans to preserve independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You’ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity.
