Job summary

Agincare Group is hiring a Support Worker at Harrison Court to help individuals with learning disabilities and hearing impairments live as independently as possible.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines, and facilitate activities in a compassionate, client-focused environment, using BSL where needed. Training and development opportunities are offered to grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
• Willingness to learn and use British Sign Language (BSL)
• Team player who values consistency.

Responsibilities

For your support, we offer:

• £13.45 per hour for Support Workers who do not currently hold BSL (British Sign Language) Level 2.
• £14.25 per hour for Support Workers who already hold BSL Level 2 or meet the enhanced BSL requirements.

You’ll help with personal care and daily routines while building meaningful, lasting connections.From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, you’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
