The Bridge is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Leeds to assist adults with complex needs. You will help with daily living, accompany individuals to community activities, and provide compassionate, person-centered care to promote independence and quality of life.
Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a focus on teamwork and a warm, respectful working environment. If you’re motivated to make a real difference in people’s lives, this could be the role for you.

Flexibility is essential, with a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts:
Day Shift: 07:30 - 21:30
Night Shift: 21:15 - 07:45

Experience in care is desirable but not essential – we provide full training and ongoing support, so this could be the perfect opportunity to start or develop your career in care.

A Support Worker provides practical and emotional support to individuals who need help with day-to-day living. This can include people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or those facing challenges due to age or illness.
Support Workers help people live as independently and safely as possible, both at home and in the community.
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
Supporting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and shopping
Helping with medication and health appointments
Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
