Overview

We are a multi‑award winning charity based in Inverurie that supports vulnerable adults aged 22‑60 to live as independently as possible in their own flats. We are recruiting a Support Worker on a part‑time contract (21‑hour or 14‑hour) to work flexible shifts, including sleep‑over duties.

Responsibilities

• Support people with walking football, walking rugby, bowling, nightlife and other leisure activities.
• Assist with medication administration, cooking and home maintenance.
• Provide social support and help people achieve personal goals.
• Help manage the finances of the people we support.
• Work flexible shifts 7 days a week, including some sleep‑over duties.
