Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help adults with mental health needs at Gledholt Mews and Coach House in Huddersfield. You will work 42 hours a week across days, nights and weekends, delivering personalised care, guidance and emotional support while promoting independence and safety in a rehab setting.

You’ll join a compassionate team, with opportunities for further learning through our apprenticeship scheme and flexible overtime, alongside wellbeing and staff support

• Empathy and people skills to support adults with mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced care and emotional support to service users.
