Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Female Support Worker for Winnersh. You will help individuals gain independence in daily life, working within a supportive team to enhance quality of life and daily living skills.

Shifts run 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, and 7am-9pm with every other weekend. A valid Full UK driving licence is required. Pay ranges from £12.74 to £14.24 per hour with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements, plus benefits like Wagestream and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Full UK driving licence.
• Experience or passion for supporting people to live independently.
• Ability to work in a dynamic residential team.
