Job Title: Support Worker
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,965.41 Per Annum (£27,112.48 after 18 months of successful performance)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Shifts, including every other weekend
Location: Wycombe Projects, Old Tea Warehouse, High Wycombe

You will support customers in our services by connecting them with employability coaches, helping manage their finances, assisting with benefits, and supporting their move to permanent housing. Your role is to boost their confidence and support their journey to rebuild their lives. You will also maintain records of your work. The role can be challenging but rewarding.
