Job summary

Partners in Support in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them live life their way. You will help individuals build confidence, gain independence and participate in community activities, with full training provided and a commitment to regular check-ins and supervision.
