Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a caring and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 2-19 within a specialist educational setting in Harrogate. You will assist pupils with SEND and complex needs, helping them access learning, build independence and confidence.

Personal care is required. You'll work alongside teaching staff to meet individual needs and promote inclusive education in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND, complex needs or specialist settings is desirable.
• Patient, caring and resilient.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a TA, LSA, support worker, carer or similar is beneficial.
