Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to support pupils across primary schools in Leeds. You’ll help children with ASC, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH, fostering learning, communication and independence.

Your Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant or Support Worker, you could be:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Helping children with autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH and other additional needs.
• Encouraging learning, communication and independence.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and families.
• Creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.

• Experienced in education, care or support work (desirable but not essential).
