Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting a caring and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 3-16 within a specialist educational setting in Bedale.

You’ll support pupils with SEND and complex learning needs, helping them access learning, develop independence and build confidence. The role is full-time, long-term with permanent potential and offers dedicated consultant support and CPD training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND, complex needs or specialist settings is desirable.
• Patient, caring and resilient.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a TA, LSA, support worker, carer or similar is beneficial.
