Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking Bank Support Workers to join the Cygnet St Augustine's site in the UK. You will cover flexible bank shifts, offering physical and emotional support to men in a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The role focuses on safeguarding and maintaining a safe, clean environment while learning about individual needs. You are genuinely caring, a strong communicator and team player, with an energy to provide a varied, empowering environment.

Qualifications
