Job summary

CareTech is seeking caring, patient and respectful individuals to deliver person-centred care in Hyde. You will work on a rota, including evenings and weekends, providing daily living support and personal care where required while promoting independence and wellbeing.

No prior experience is required, as full training and a structured induction programme are provided. Enhanced DBS is required and shifts may include sleep-ins and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Drivers desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to keep calm under pressure
• Confidence to work alone and also be part of a team (family)

Permanent | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week (rota-based)

The Role

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.

No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we'll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
