Job summary

Vivid Community Care in London is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in their daily lives. You will help with personal care, meal preparation, medication support and community participation.

The role offers flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, a competitive hourly rate and ongoing opportunities for training, DBS support and career progression within a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication
