Job summary

Agincare in Grantham is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and thrive in their community. You’ll provide personal care, support daily routines, and build meaningful connections through community activities and holidays.

The role offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, a driving licence requirement, and a supportive team. Applicants should be willing to learn and commit to person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Youll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Grantham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. Youll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
