Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Support Worker for our Gosport Stoke Road Service to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive and live as independently as possible. You will provide personal care and build meaningful connections in a person-centred approach.

The role offers £13.00 per hour, full training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career development within a values-led team. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience in mental health is preferred.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Service in Gosport to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
