Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is recruiting a Support Worker for our Stoke Road Service in Gosport. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines, and help individuals thrive in the community with respect for their choices.

You will support activities, accompany outings, and build lasting relationships to promote independence and wellbeing. Training up to QCF Level 5 is funded, with pension and discounts available.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach.
• Experience in mental health.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

We're looking for:

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• We are looking fir Support Worker who have experience in mental health
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Who you'll support

You'll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Service in Gosport to thrive and live as independently as possible. You'll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,You'll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
