Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing in Tuffley, Gloucester, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care across three bungalows, ensuring safety, wellbeing and comfort for adults with complex needs.

• Perform household tasks and keep bungalows clean, safe and welcoming.

About the Person You'll Be Supporting & Your Role :

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals across three bungalows, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout. You will support people with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.

Your responsibilities will include delivering person-centred support, assisting with personal care, administering or prompting medication where required, undertaking manual handling tasks using appropriate equipment.

You will also carry out regular welfare checks, maintain accurate records, complete household tasks, and ensure each bungalow remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
