Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
7am - 2.30pm | 9am - 4.30pm | 2.30pm - 9.30pm | 9.30pm - 7am (Night)
Days, working different days each week and including some weekends
Part Time 28 hours per week and Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - permanent
Yes, and access to own vehicle due to rural location of service
You’ll support 4 gentlemen, who share their home, with everyday tasks to ensure they’re supported to be as independent as possible.
