Support Worker – Glasgow South Side

Location: Glasgow South Side, Pollock and surrounding areas
Hours: 30 hours per week

Pay: £12.60 per hour

At Real Life Options, we’re seeking a Support Worker to provide meaningful, person-centred support to adults in a supported living environment. You’ll assist individuals in living as independently as possible and achieving their personal goals.

You’ll support people with:

• Personal care (for both male and female individuals)
• Meal preparation – cooking from scratch based on their preferences
• Administering medication
• Attending healthcare appointments
• Managing finances
• Accessing the community – activities like swimming, meals out, family visits, etc.

Shift Pattern

• 30 hours per week
• Rota-based, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Flexibility is required as working days may vary

Previous experience is preferred but full training will be provided. A full UK driving licence is desirable, as some support involves use of a mobility car. An enhanced Adult PVG check will be required.
