NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker for the Ophthalmology outpatient department. This role involves supporting nursing staff and provides an opportunity for training in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment. The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) based in the Ophthalmology outpatient department at Stobhill Hospital/GRI. The successful candidate will work as part of the Ophthalmology team, supporting the registered nursing staff and engaging in all care needs within the outpatient setting. You will be expected to work in a busy clinical environment, collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team.
HCSW experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. You should be flexible, forward-thinking, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the specialty are essential. If you possess the necessary skills and motivation, we welcome your application.
