Job summary

Newcross Healthcare is seeking compassionate care workers to provide person-centred support in residential homes, supported living and community settings. You will help people build confidence and develop life skills while promoting independence.

Ideal candidates have right to work in the UK, at least 6 months paid UK care experience, and clear communication. We offer flexible shifts, same day pay, free training, discounts with Perks at Work and a supportive team that values integrity, respect
