Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited is seeking compassionate Residential Support Workers to provide stability, care, and encouragement to children and young people in a residential setting.

If you have 6+ months of full-time care experience and at least 3 months working with children or young people, and you meet registration requirements for your region, apply now to join our supportive team with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of full‑time care experience (in the last 3 years)
• At least 3 months’ experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years)
• Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration (e.g., SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not applicable in England.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Qualities: Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and the ability to deliver exceptional care

Your role

You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day‑to‑day life, emotional well‑being, and general mentorship and support. You’ll:
