Our client is committed to supporting a small group of incredible adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of helping these amazing individuals thrive by encouraging their independence, building life skills, and ensuring they live the life they choose.

• Provide compassionate care and support in a comfortable, home-like environment.

• Engage with service users in a way that helps them achieve their personal goals, ensuring they feel empowered and supported at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• You're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have over a year of experience working in care.
• You have a genuine interest in working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• You're dedicated, caring, and proactive, with a natural ability to help others grow and thrive.
