Role Description: This is a full-time or part-time position on-site at the client's house in Sevenoaks, Kent, for a Complex Care Support Worker. The Support Worker will provide personalized care and support to young clients with complex needs. Daily tasks include assisting with personal care, administering medication, monitoring health conditions, swimming, rehabilitation, and providing emotional support. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualifications in personal care and support skills
  • Must have a UK driving licence
  • Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available
  • Experience in administering medication and monitoring health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 6 months current experience in a healthcare setting
