As a Support Worker, you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a very independent setting. This role is ideal for applicants that value promoting independence.

Your duties may include:

• Providing compassionate personal care – Assisting with dressing, mobility, and daily tasks.
• Providing support – Assisting with light support and prompting with daily living tasks.
• Encouraging independence – Supporting service users to engage in physical and social activities.
• Promoting well-being – Helping clients stay active through mobility support and engaging activities.
• Ensuring a safe environment – Following care plans and maintaining a high standard of care.

The shifts for this role can vary across days and nights with full training provided.

• Registration – If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you’ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England).
