Job summary

Priory Group in Leyland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Tree Top View. This full-time, permanent role offers £13.75 per hour and is based in a semi-rural residential setting for adults, including autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities.

You will support residents with daily living, participate in activities, and help implement care plans while maintaining accuracy in records and fostering positive relationships with residents and families.

  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.
  • Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
  • Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.

Tree Top View has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.
Tree Top View is located in the small town of Leyland, near Preston. The home provides residential support for six adults, including autistic people and individuals with a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
