Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs live more independently and with confidence. You will support daily routines, accompany activities, and empower individuals to make choices about their lives.

Flexibility across the week including weekends and some sleep-in shifts is required. A fully funded health plan and wellbeing scheme are included, along with DBS clearance and a supportive team.

You will need to be able to work flexibly across the week, including weekends and some sleep-in shifts. We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
