Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking night-time support workers to help people live their life their way in their own homes. You will provide essential support at night, build relationships and empower individuals to navigate daily routines with confidence and independence.

The role involves understanding each person's needs, adapting your approach, and working with our values of respect, courage and collaboration. DBS check will be completed if offered; we are Disability Confident and welcome applicants

Job description

Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way In this role, you will provide essential support in people's homes during the night, fostering connections and sharing interests. Whether they love watching late-night movies with a hot chocolate or need assistance getting up early, your presence will be invaluable. You will build meaningful relationships and offer thoughtful, responsive care, empowering individuals to navigate life with confidence and independence. \"Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010\".
