Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in the United Kingdom. You will help empower people with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill-health, and other complex needs to live purposeful lives and stay connected to their community.

Key duties include tailoring support to individual goals, encouraging independence in daily tasks, and building confidence through meaningful activities. A full UK driving license is preferred, with training provided, and DBS checks required.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving license (manual or automatic) required or preferred.
  • Full training provided; NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care available.
  • Sponsorship not available for this position.
