Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Support Worker to join us on an ad-hoc shift basis in Ellesmere Port.

You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to service users, assist with daily living, encourage independence, and help with appointments, activities and community access where required. You will monitor wellbeing, maintain accurate records, and follow safeguarding procedures as part of a supportive team to create a safe and positive environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, caring and enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Previous experience in healthcare, social care, supported living or similar environment desirable but transferable experience considered.
