Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on an ad-hoc shift basis in Chester. You will provide person-centred support to service users, assist with daily living, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.

We welcome reliable, caring individuals with a passion for helping others. Experience in healthcare or social care is desirable, but transferable skills will be considered.

Qualifications

• Reliable, caring and enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Previous experience within healthcare, social care, supported living or a similar environment is desirable, although transferable experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, person-centred support to service users.
• Supporting with daily living and encouraging independence.
• Building positive and professional relationships with individuals and their families.
• Supporting with appointments, activities and community access where required.
• Monitoring wellbeing and identifying any changes or concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records and following care and safeguarding procedures.
• Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a safe and positive environment.
