Job summary

Jane Lewis is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our agency team in Nuneaton. You'll support people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and sensory impairments across local services, helping them live more independently and engage in activities in the community.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, free enhanced DBS, and opportunities for free training. You'll need at least six months UK care experience, right to work in the UK, and strong

• At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years
• The right to work in the UK
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A caring, reliable and professional approach, with the confidence to adapt to different settings
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
