What You Will Be Doing

You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.

Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.

Shifts are from 7:00 to 14:30 and 14:00 to 21:30.

What You Will Get
  • Annual Salary of £25,057.50
  • The equivalent of 25 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) – plus your birthday off!
  • Wellbeing support and activities to help you maintain a great work-life balance.
  • Career development and training to help you achieve your career goals.
  • Pension contribution to secure your future.
  • Life Assurance for added peace of mind.
