Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Benfleet. You will join us on either a Full-Time or Part-Time permanent contract, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,582 per annum, plus benefits.
Parkstone Avenue is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities aged between 18 and 65. You will be expected to work a mix of shifts including some weekends, bank holidays, and night sleep-ins.

We are looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care. You will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support, and help residents live full, active lives both at home and in the community. Activities may include music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out, and holidays.
Ability to drive a small 7-seater minibus or use public transport to support service users, some of whom may be wheelchair-dependent, is essential.

You will work closely with residents, providing physical and emotional support in all aspects of daily life, both inside and outside the home, including personal care, mealtimes, recreation, leisure, and medical appointments.
