Potens UK is recruiting Support Workers to join our team at Drumary House in Derrygonnelly. We train you from day one and support you through our buddy system as you learn the standard of care we deliver.

We offer a competitive package including £13.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, a contributory pension and confidential Employee Assistance Programme, plus ongoing learning and development opportunities from Level 2 to Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care.

We are looking to recruit Support Workers to join our established team based in Drumary House, Derrygonnelly, BT93 6GA

Whether new to the role or an existing support worker, our training package means we can have you up to speed with the standard of care we deliver and using our buddy system, there’s always someone about to listen and support you as you train.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related mobility needs,
• You will support the residents with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and community participation.
• This is within our residential care service situated on the outskirts of a small Village for up to 15 people.
