Job summary

David Lewis Centre in Crewe is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our compassionate team. You will provide person-centred care to adults with complex needs, support daily routines, and help people live more independent, meaningful lives.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others.
• Full UK driving licence holder.
• Willingness to complete required training and NVQs.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (passport, settled status, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
• Supporting daily routines, life skills and activities.
• Promoting independence and dignity for service users.
• Managing behaviours with empathy and confidence.
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
