Job summary

David Lewis Centre is looking for a Residential Educational Support Worker to help residents at Limes + College/School. The role offers £26,347.40 - £27,718.83 per year, full-time, with weekend enhancements. You will support home life, education, and personal care, while fostering independence and learning in a nurturing environment.

We value humor, patience, and the ability to listen. Driving is preferred to enjoy activities off-site.

• Supporting us at home - helping with cooking, cleaning, and building life skills through active support.
• Guiding us through education - supporting us in college or school as we learn and prepare for the future.
• Being there for us emotionally - helping us manage routines, feelings, and personal care.
• Making life fun - joining us on trips, to the cinema, swimming, or just having a laugh together.
