Dignus Group in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with complex needs to gain independence and improve daily living skills. You will follow personalised care plans, build trusting relationships, and support participation in community activities.
This role offers paid training, progression routes, 28 days holiday, pension, health plan and wellbeing support. You will work across shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Across our services, Dignus Specialist Care and Dignus Support, we provide residential care and supported living for people with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and physical or sensory disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people build confidence, develop life skills, and grow their independence so they can live the lifestyle they choose.

You will support vulnerable adults with a range of complex needs, helping them move towards greater independence and achieve their personal goals.
Working to individual care plans and risk assessments, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual ’s needs.

You’ll help create a safe, positive home environment where people feel valued, empowered and able to thrive.
This service operates 24/7. You will work any 2 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and bank holidays where required.
Flexibility is important, as the needs of the people we support can vary day to day.

You may be a great fit if you have:
A Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not essential.
