Job Opportunity: Support Worker

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in Congleton, Cheshire. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This care home creates a relaxed and happy atmosphere for top-quality dementia, residential, and respite care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

Key Duties:

1. Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and providing high-quality care to residents
2. Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, support with hygiene, outings, and companionship
3. Encourage independence and support residents with routines and activities
4. Maintain accurate records at all times

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Genuine desire to care for others

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £12.15 per hour, totaling approximately £22,744.80 annually. This is a permanent full-time role, 36 hours per week, working days. Benefits include:
