Job Opportunity: Care Assistant / Support Worker

Various shifts available, with guaranteed full or part-time hours, or occasional hours for flexible working preferences.

Additional Pay Enhancements:

  • Night enhancement of £1.50 per hour from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Sunday (excluding sleep-ins).
  • Weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is desirable but not essential. We provide excellent training and induction programs for all new staff.

Key Duties:
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Providing escort and assistance within the service and at external appointments and events.
  • Supporting a Person-Centred approach, promoting independence, and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and families.
  • Personal care experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work within rostered hours and participate in on-call duties if required.
