Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group is seeking aSupport Worker to join our care team for a two-to-one package with a young male client in his mid-20s who has cerebral palsy.

You will assist with PEG feeding, medication and personal care, ensuring his safety and comfort while promoting social inclusion and gentle independence during outings and activities such as cinema trips and shopping. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage PEG feed for the client
• Administer prescribed medication
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Support Worker in this 2:1 package.

The client is a young gentleman in his mid-20s who has cerebral palsy, and due to this, the client would require management of his PEG feed, medication and personal care.

He is an avid fan of taking trips to the cinema, shopping all whilst offering that vital social inclusion.

Driving Required: Yes - Access to your own vehicle and a full valid UK driving licence is essential.
