Job summary

Voyage Care in Titchfield is seeking a caring Support Worker to help adults live fulfilled and independent lives. You will assist with personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, and participating in leisure activities both one-to-one and in groups.

You'll work independently in a supportive home environment, adapt to verbal or non-verbal communications, and help maintain health and safety. A full UK driving licence is essential due to limited transport links.

Support Worker – Titchfield - £12.93ph

Shift timers: 8am - 8pm including every other weekend.

Our residential service in Titchfield offers a welcoming and friendly environment where you'll support adults to live fulfilling and independent lives. The role includes supporting with personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, attending medical appointments, key worker sessions, leisure activities, and house and team meetings. A significant part of the role involves providing support both one-to-one and in group settings within the local community.

We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is confident working independently and committed to delivering high-quality support. You'll be comfortable supporting adults who may display verbal or physical behaviours that challenge, using a range of communication methods, including supporting non-verbal individuals. You'll also take responsibility for maintaining health and safety within the home, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities to support your career development.

Please note that this service has limited public transport links, particularly at weekends, so a full UK driving licence would be essential.
