Job summary

The Salvation Army in Edinburgh is seeking a compassionate, committed individual for a part-time permanent role supporting homeless clients with complex needs. You will work within a harm reduction, trauma-informed framework to provide a safe place to stay and access to essential services.

Responsibilities include liaising with partner agencies, contributing to person-centred support plans, and helping clients move towards positive life outcomes. The role requires evenings and weekends work.

Job Summary

The service delivery model is rooted in the harm reduction approach, based on trauma-informed practice, is strength-based and uses person-centred approaches.
