Job summary

National Care Group Limited is seeking a Support Worker for Integra Riversdale, a residential care home. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £13.47 per hour (£26,266.50 per annum) based on 37.5 hours.

You will support adults with mental health needs and help with daily living, personal care and community activities. The role focuses on building relationships, planning goals, and promoting independence within an inclusive team environment.

Service: Integra - Llandaff

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Integra Riversdale. Riversdale is a residential care home for 10 individuals with a mental health diagnosis, we have two houses Riversdale House and the Coach House, which are separated by gardens.

The Coach House provides support for those who are almost ready for move on into their own properties, this comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 communal bathroom/shower rooms, a large communal lounge, dining room and kitchen.

Riversdale House has 5 ensuite bedrooms and 1 self-contained flat; it is a care home that provides rehabilitation support for male adults wanting to live independently within the community.
