Service: Integra - Llandaff
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Integra Riversdale. Riversdale is a residential care home for 10 individuals with a mental health diagnosis, we have two houses Riversdale House and the Coach House, which are separated by gardens.
The Coach House provides support for those who are almost ready for move on into their own properties, this comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 communal bathroom/shower rooms, a large communal lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Riversdale House has 5 ensuite bedrooms and 1 self-contained flat; it is a care home that provides rehabilitation support for male adults wanting to live independently within the community.
