Avenues Group in Hoath is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team supporting male adults with learning and physical disabilities. This on-site, full-time role covers Canterbury & Hoath, with driving license and vehicle access required for rural service travel.

You will help with daily activities, moving and handling, and communication support, contributing to a caring community where people smile and grow.

Competenze

• Full valid manual driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Ability to assist with moving and handling for adults with disabilities.
• Good communication and empathy when engaging with people with learning disabilities.
