Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking compassionate care professionals for The Haven Apartments in the UK. You will support young adults with autism and complex needs, helping them live more independently and pursue personal goals with dignity and respect.

• Full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Part-time & Sessional roles also available

The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community. We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
