Lifeways is recruiting a Mental Health Support Worker in Bradford to join a dedicated team at our Mental Health Service. You’ll help adults with learning needs and autism live more independently, participating in everyday activities from shopping to gardening.

At our Mental Health Service, people come together as a community. The individuals we support are young adults who enjoy shopping, cooking, gardening, swimming, football, playing the guitar, walking, listening to music, watching television, and being in the community.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
